P5 Tailoring is a consultative service that helps organizations:
Interpret the P5 Standard through their own operational reality
Focus on the impacts that are most relevant to their sector and strategy
Embed P5 into governance, projects, and decision-making processes
The result is a bespoke P5 implementation that remains fully aligned with the GPM Standard while being practical, usable, and defensible inside the organization.
Using the P5 Standard for Sustainability in Business Practice, we tailor P5 to your enterprise-level activities and governance structures.
We work with your leadership and operational teams to:
Assess organizational impacts across all five P5 dimensions
Conduct a tailored P5 Impact Analysis (P5IA) at the business level
Identify sustainability risks, dependencies, and opportunities specific to your industry
Develop a Sustainability Intervention Plan (SIP) with prioritized, actionable responses
Align P5 outputs with ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks, including GRI, ISSB, and CSRD
Integrate P5 into business decision-making, policy development, and governance processes
The P5 ontology is adapted to reflect:
Your organizational structure and value chain
Sector-specific risks and regulatory expectations
Relevant social, environmental, economic, product, and process impacts
Outcome: P5 becomes a structured way to understand and manage sustainability at the enterprise level.
Using the P5 Standard for Sustainability in Project Management, we tailor P5 to how your organization initiates, governs, and delivers projects.
We support project teams and PMOs to:
Map sustainability impacts across the full project life cycle
Adapt the P5 Impact Analysis (P5IA) to real project environments
Embed sustainability considerations into governance, stage gates, and portfolio decisions
Develop a custom Sustainability Management Plan (SMP) format for consistent use across projects
Clarify how sustainability considerations influence design choices, approvals, and risk decisions
Build internal capability so teams apply P5 consistently and confidently
Outcome: Sustainability is integrated into project delivery practices, not treated as a separate or parallel activity.
A bespoke P5 framework aligned with business and/or project needs
Practical, customized tools: P5IA, SMP, and SIP
Clear, traceable inputs for sustainability and ESG reporting
Better alignment between strategy, projects, and reported outcomes
A shared understanding of sustainability impacts across teams
This approach supports consistency, clarity, and credibility—without changing the P5 Standard itself.
Organizations operating in complex or regulated environments
Enterprises with established sustainability or ESG commitments
PMOs and project organizations seeking consistent sustainability integration
Organizations that want P5 applied thoughtfully, not generically
P5 Tailoring does not replace the P5 Standard.
It applies the P5 Standard with precision.
For organizations that want P5 to reflect their reality while remaining aligned with GPM’s global framework, tailoring provides that bridge.

The Project of the Year award is conducted in partnership with PMI.
Established in 2011, this award honors a project and its leadership team that have demonstrated exceptional integration of sustainability throughout the project lifecycle. It recognizes not just delivery success, but the meaningful impact the project has had across environmental, social, and economic dimensions.
To win, projects must show how sustainability was woven into both the process (how the project was managed) and the outcomes (what the project delivered), using recognized best practices such as the P5™ Standard and PRiSM™ methodology.

GPM Organizational Assessment · P5 Standard for Business Practice
Organizational SustainabilityMost organizations have sustainability commitments on paper. Fewer have a clear, verified picture of whether their operations, value chain, and communications actually reflect those commitments — or where the gaps are large enough to create regulatory, reputational, or financial exposure.
OSEM is a structured, independent evaluation of your organization’s sustainability performance against the GPM P5 Standard for Sustainability in Business Practice — a framework mapped to GRI, ISSB, TCFD, SASB, CDP, IIRC, CSRD/CSDDD, PRI, and the UN SDGs. It covers 51 key areas across three dimensions: operational practices, value chain integration, and communication and reporting. The output is a clear rating across Social, Environmental, Prosperity, and Practice performance, alongside a strategic roadmap with targeted interventions and defined improvement priorities.
ESG ratings tell you how others score you. OSEM tells you what is actually happening inside your operations, your value chain, and your reporting — and what the gap between the two costs you.

GPM developed the PSM3 model in 2013 to assess sustainability maturity in project-driven organizations. As regulatory complexity increased — with the introduction of the EU Taxonomy, CSRD, CSDDD, and mandatory double materiality assessment — it became clear that organizations needed an equivalent assessment at the business operations level: one that could evaluate sustainability not just in how projects are delivered, but in how the organization itself operates, procures, produces, and communicates.
OSEM was built to answer the questions that organizational sustainability reporting is increasingly required to address: Are your sustainability practices embedded in daily operations or confined to the sustainability team? Does your value chain reflect your stated commitments? Can your communications and disclosures withstand scrutiny against your actual performance? Those are not rhetorical questions — they are what CSRD auditors, CSDDD due diligence reviewers, and investor ESG analysts are now asking directly.
OSEM evaluates 51 key areas across three dimensions, each assessed against the GPM P5 Standard for Business Practice.

OSEM produces a comprehensive evaluation report covering all 51 assessed areas, with performance ratings, gap analysis, and a strategic roadmap that includes targeted recommendations and interventions. The roadmap is designed to be implementable — not aspirational — with specific actions, priority sequencing, and defined outcomes that enable the organization to demonstrate measurable improvement over time.
Independent, evidence-based ratings across all four dimensions — not a self-assessment.
Detailed gap analysis identifying where practice falls short of commitment and where disclosure risk is highest.
A strategic roadmap with prioritized interventions mapped to specific P5 elements and disclosure requirements.
Findings structured for sharing with boards, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Scalable for both large enterprises and smaller organizations — the assessment structure adapts to your size and complexity.
CSRD requires double materiality. CSDDD requires supply chain due diligence. Investors are asking for evidence behind ESG claims. OSEM is the assessment that tells you whether your organization can answer those demands honestly — and what needs to change if it can’t.

GPM Project Certification · ISO/IEC 17065 Aligned
GPM360°™The only certification that assesses projects at any stage — planned, in-process, or completed.
ESG reporting is no longer aspirational — it is a disclosure obligation. Organizations need project-level evidence that their work contributes to environmental, social, and economic goals. GPM360° provides that evidence: a formal, independent, third-party certification of your project’s sustainability performance, built on the PMI-GPM P5™ Standard and aligned to four ISO standards.
GPM360° is not a self-assessment. It is an independent, evidence-based certification that gives your organization defensible, auditable proof of sustainable project delivery.
GPM360° evaluates projects through a comprehensive, three-step process conducted by experienced, independent assessors.

GPM360° certification aligns with four international ISO standards to ensure credibility, independence, and consistency across all assessments.
Every GPM360° certification is reviewed by an Independent Certification Board composed of experienced sustainability professionals. This independent body ensures the certification process remains objective, transparent, and aligned with the highest environmental, social, and economic standards. The result is a certification that holds up to scrutiny from investors, regulators, and procurement bodies.
Global exclusivity — the only certification assessing projects under any scheme or methodology, at any stage of the lifecycle.
Unmatched quality assurance — independent board review and adherence to four ISO standards.
Disclosure-ready evidence — the assessment report is structured to support ESG disclosures under GRI, ISSB, and CSRD requirements.
Built on the P5 Standard — the only project certification grounded in the internationally recognized PMI-GPM P5™ Standard.
Choosing GPM360° means more than earning a certification. It validates your project’s contribution to a sustainable future and provides clear, data-driven evidence to support ESG goals and drive long-term impact.
GPM certifies assessors within organizations that have the capability to facilitate their own internal assessments using the GPM360° framework. Certification is achieved through a hands-on process where assessors-in-training conduct real-world project assessments alongside certified GPM assessors during an on-site engagement.
To maintain active assessor status, individuals must lead or co-lead at least one assessment within a 16-month period — ensuring assessors stay current with sustainability standards, best practices, and assessment methodology.

GPM Organizational Assessment · ESG Performance
The most comprehensive sustainability maturity assessment available for project-driven organizations
Most organizations know their ESG commitments on paper. Fewer know whether their project portfolio is actually delivering on them. PSM3™ closes that gap. It is an independent, third-party assessment that examines how sustainability is embedded across your entire portfolio, program, and project management practice — and produces a data-driven benchmark that tells you exactly where you are, what it costs you to stay there, and what it takes to advance.
PSM3™ assesses performance across more than 40 domains aligned with the GRI 2021 Framework, integrated with the PMI-GPM P5™ Standard across four dimensions: People, Planet, Prosperity, and Practice. Independent GPM assessors conduct the evaluation across all departments, producing quantitative scores, qualitative findings, and a structured 18–24 month improvement roadmap. The output is shareable with senior leaders, investors, and external stakeholders — and is structured to feed directly into ESG disclosures.
You cannot disclose what you cannot measure. PSM3™ gives you the measurement — grounded in practice, verified by independent experts, and structured for audit.
PSM3™ places your organization on a six-level scale. Most organizations are surprised by where they land. The assessment identifies not just the level but the specific practices, governance structures, and accountability gaps driving it.

Regulatory pressure on sustainability disclosure is tightening. Investor scrutiny of ESG claims is increasing. Supply chain due diligence is becoming a legal obligation in major markets. The organizations that will manage this well are the ones that understand their current position clearly — not the ones with the most polished sustainability narrative.
Ask your team these questions honestly:
Are environmental and social impacts systematically assessed in every project at authorization?
Do your ESG reports contain project-level evidence, or organizational estimates?
Can you quantify the sustainability performance of your portfolio with data an auditor would accept?
Does your sustainability commitment extend beyond your own operations into your supply chains?
Do your project leaders have the governance tools and accountability structures to deliver on ESG targets?
If the honest answer to any of these is no — or uncertain — PSM3™ tells you what is actually in place, what is missing, and what to address first.
PSM3™ does not tell you what you want to hear. It tells you where you are — with the specificity and independence that gives the findings value to the people who matter most: your board, your investors, and your regulators.
